Welcome to Healing Heart Society. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Healing Heart Journal and this website, operated by Healing Heart Society ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
The Healing Heart Journal is a guided journal by Rondolyn Day, priced at $37 USD. Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur.
2. Orders & payment
Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund.
3. Delivery
The Healing Heart Journal is a digital product. After checkout, your order confirmation and access details are sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure your email is entered correctly, and check your spam or promotions folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes. If you have any trouble receiving your journal, contact us and we will make sure it reaches you.
4. All sales final
Because The Healing Heart Journal is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are provided. Please review the product details carefully before completing your order. If you experience any issue accessing your journal, contact us at [email protected] and we will make sure you receive it.
5. Not professional advice
The Healing Heart Journal offers reflective prompts and personal practices for emotional wellbeing. It is not medical care, therapy, counseling, or professional mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for them. 6. Intellectual property
All content — including the journal's text and prompts, the Healing Heart Society name, the lotus mark, and all designs — is the property of Healing Heart Society and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The journal is for your personal use and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the journal. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
